Queen Sweeper, ridden by apprentice Leah Kilner, wins at the Sunshine Coast on Sunday.

TWO wins by close relations over the weekend would have helped lift the spirits of prolific owner Judy Cutts, who is battling some health problems.
Her Showtime Breeding colours saluted at the Sunshine Coast Friday night meeting (December 3) when Vetta Velocita (main image) saluted.
Ridden by Jake Bayliss, Vetta Velocita ($6.50) was too strong in a 3YO QTIS Benchmark 65 (1400m), winning by one-and-a-quarter lengths on the heavy track.
Those colours were in the winner’s circle again on Sunday (December 5) when half-sister Queen Sweeper won a Class 2 (1000m).
Ridden by apprentice Leah Kilner, Queen Sweeper ($7) still had to lump 60.5kg but was too good in a tight finish.
“It (the two winners) was a very good tonic for Judy Cutts, who is back in hospital with complications following heart surgery,” said trainer Stuart Kendrick.
“It was great to see Vetta Velocita do everything right and pick up good QTIS money at the Friday meeting,” he said.
“He is a promising horse by the Cutts family’s good stallion Show A Heart and out of Zilzie.”
Queen Sweeper is also out of Zilzie. She is in a purple patch of form, with the win her second in a row.
