THERE were no stablemates in sight to spoil the party when Apple Tart dominated at the Gold Coast.
The three-year-old filly broke through for her second career win second-up from a spell in a QTIS 3YO Benchmark 65 (1200m) on Saturday, December 11.
Under the riding of Tiffani Brooker, Apple Tart ($3.80) cruised home untroubled by one-and-three-quarter lengths.
She finished second to stablemate Purple Diamond at the Sunshine Coast first-up from a spell in a race Kendrick Racing saddled up the trifecta.
“It was great to see her break through (at the Gold Coast),” said trainer Stuart Kendrick.
“She’s a consistent filly,” he said.
“She’s promising and will continue to improve as she matures.
“Congratulations to Archer Park and all connections.”
