On-Course Stabling – Corbould Park
We operate from 64 on-course boxes at Corbould Park, located at the Sunshine Coast Turf Club. This premium position gives our horses direct access to top-quality training surfaces and race-day facilities, allowing for a seamless transition from training to competition.

Multiple Training Tracks
Including a 1900m cushion (synthetic) track, grass track, and sand tracks – providing a variety of work options to suit each horse’s individual needs and training program.
Access to the Course Proper
Regularly maintained and available for serious gallops
Barrier Practice Facilities
On-site starting gates for educating young horses and refining experienced runners.
Modern Stable Complex
Our stables are spacious, well-ventilated, and designed to promote the health and wellbeing of our horses. With easy access to walking and wash bays, the comfort of every horse is prioritised.
Swimming Pool
A valuable low-impact conditioning and recovery tool, our pool is used to aid in fitness, reduce joint stress, and support post-race recovery.
On-Site Veterinary and Farrier Services
Ensuring immediate and professional care when needed.
Our Private Training Farm
In addition to our on-course presence, Kendrick Racing is proud to maintain a private 45-acre farm, purpose-built to offer a peaceful and professional environment for both training and rest. The farm features:
20 well-ventilated stables
A private training track, perfect for controlled workouts away from the main hustle of the racecourse
An equine treadmill, ideal for fitness conditioning and rehabilitation programs
This dual-location setup gives us the flexibility to tailor individual training and recovery plans for each horse. Whether it’s preparing for race day, spelling between campaigns, or easing a horse back into work, our facilities are designed to meet the unique needs of every equine athlete.

Our spelling farm offers horses the chance to relax and recover in large, spacious paddocks designed for optimal wellbeing.
