TRUST In Aloha has found a new home in Rockhampton for the time being and and celebrated her new surrounds with a win.
The four-year-old mare broke through in a Benchmark 55 (1600m) at Rockhampton on Thursday, October 28.
Ridden by Chris Whiteley, Trust In Aloha ($2.05-fav) won by three quarters of a length after a second over the same circuit and distance last start.
Trainer Stuart Kendrick said it was good to get another win on the board with the horse.
“She has been a very frustrating horse with her barrier problems,” he said.
“She will have another run up that way and stay with (Rockhampton trainer) Adrian Coome, who recently bought into her.”
