FUNNY Money is back at the top of her game.
The Capitalist four-year-old resumed in style by winning a Benchmark 58 (1000m) at the Sunshine Coast on Sunday, August 28.
Ridden by apprentice Jasmine Cornish, Funny Money ($2.60-fav) raced just off the pace and chimed in perfectly to win by a length.
“It was a good return after a few issues at the end of last preparation,” said trainer Stuart Kendrick.
“It was a strong win with a big weight and she was well ridden by Jasmine,” he said.
“We will try and find a nice fillies and mares race in town for her now.”
