PROMISING three-year-old Pocket Full is building an impressive record.
The Rich Enuff gelding will head to a Saturday metropolitan race after making it two wins in a row back from a spell with a devastating midweek Doomben win.
Pocket Full ($2.40-fav), ridden by James Orman, won a Benchmark 68 (1200m) on Wednesday (June 21).
He gave nothing else a chance, stopping the clock in class record time and winning with ease by nearly two lengths.
“It was a very impressive win,” said trainer Stuart Kendrick.
“He was perfectly ridden by Jimmy and showed an excellent turn of foot in the straight,” he said.
“We will now aim him at a metro Saturday race.”
Pocket Full has only missed a place once in nine starts.
His record now stands at three wins and five placings.
